The Mido International Warranty and after-sales services are offered exclusively to customers in possession of watches sold through an authorized Mido retailer.

Any Mido watch offered for sale by a non-authorized Mido retailer (particularly over the Internet) may be counterfeit. Therefore Mido declines all responsibility.
